Paul first became interested in osteopathy when working as a sports massage therapist/physical trainer. He was getting frustrated at his patients injuries not stabilizing and realised he needed more of a whole body approach to their conditions.

As a fully qualified registered osteopath, Paul helps patients to overcome many conditions including back, neck and posture problems, sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation, pregnancy, repetitive strain injury, headaches and much more.

 DANIEL EDMONDSON

Daniel Edmondson

Daniel first became interested in osteopathy following persistent injuries whilst competing at regional level over several sports as a junior. He was very impressed with the methods and approach of osteopathic treatment in aid of the many injuries he sustained during his training and competing.

As a fully qualified registered osteopath, Daniel helps patients to overcome many conditions using several different treatment approaches including; manipulative treatment, soft tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy and myofasical dry needling.

Further Professional Expertise

Running Analysis: During his time as an osteopathic student Daniel worked at Sweatshop running specialist in Maidstone as an injury consultant/specialist. This experience meant Daniel is qualified in running analysis and has dealt with all forms of running injury and is able to give detailed advice on footwear and running technique.

Sports Nutrition: Through connections with sweatshop Daniel worked with Forgoodnessshakes the post exercise sports supplement and gained good experience into sports nutrition which he intends to gain further knowledge and qualifications.

LEWIS GRAY

Lewis first became interested in osteopathy from his sports, having competed in running and cycling both at National level. Combining this with his fascination of the body, how it moved and how it worked, which was the catalysis for him to pursue a career in osteopathy. As a fully qualified osteopath, Lewis employs a variety of techniques, which he uses to adapt treatment to suit the individuality of each patient. This includes structural, functional and cranial techniques, he also enjoys helping to overcome pregnancy conditions and has a particular interest in rehabilitation

ERICA WINTERS

Erica studied osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy, during this time she also gained an additional qualification in sports massage.

As a fully qualified osteopath, Erica has had experience in treating a variety of patients, from babies to the elderly, coming from all corners of life. She applies various treatment approaches during her treatment including; cranial, visceral, manipulative and soft tissue massage, ensuring the treatment is tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Outside of osteopathy, Erica is passionate about animals and is a keen horse rider. She is currently studying part-time for a post graduate certificate in animal osteopathy.
